Executive Biography

Nguyễn Phú Minh (Jack Nguyen) is a software engineer and technology leader based in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. Since 2011 he has progressed from developer to technical leader, team leader and product manager - now operating at the intersection of CTO strategy and hands-on architecture.

His focus is building durable engineering culture: honest estimation, platform thinking before one-off builds, and technology as a business enabler rather than a cost center. He works with CEOs, COOs, boards and engineering orgs that need both vision and execution accountability.
